2014 Annual Meeting
Annual Get Together, powered by On Demand Agility wins Outstanding and overwhelming response held on 31 Dec ‘2014. It has been a mesmerizing day to celebrate and remember the past achievements and looking forward to the journey ahead.
Crowne Plaza was chosen as the venue for this year’s event to set the stage for unveiling the journey and what we aspire to achieve in years to come.
The day started with the Welcome note by Ms. Monica Kumar, HR Processes update by Ms. Vandana Gupta, IT Technology and delivery by Mr. Gagan Arora. It addresses on the journey so far and how the Organisation has evolved by diversifying the offerings and growth along with use of innovative technologies.
On Demand Agility is an optimal blend of IT processes and technology. In recent years, we entered in strategic relationship with Avati, Risk Management products like Risk Cube in particular. We won prestigious Gold Award for Outstanding New Product Category of FIFA at Asian Digital Awards 2014. On Demand Agility plays a vital role in development, Maintenance and support of websites.
There is a way to go for HRMS Applications coming up in 2015 - More employee connects with Business and Team lunch, celebrations, Team outing etc. Various HR Practices are revamped and many more are in practice
Ms. Ashu Chadha, the CEO and founder of On Demand Agility, extended her heartfelt appreciation to the teamwork across On Demand Agility. In her presentation, she mentioned On Demand Agility team with its technology and process expertise continues to build innovative, reliable, and highly scalable solutions for its clients. On Demand Agility have wide variety of Clientele projects coming up. ODA is looking forward for partnering with multinational banks and financial industry and clients in hobby product domain and digital media product.
The employees went through experiential and engrossing presentation.The pledge for the year 2015 was taken in pursuit of common objective towards achievement of targets. We promise to be agile, Knowledgeable, resilient with the POWER Pledge.
This was followed by Employee Rewards and Recognition – for outstanding performances and long lasting contribution towards achievement of targets during the year 2014. Exemplary performance in acquisition of new Clients, expansion in new geographies, proactiveness for breaking in new geographies, exhibiting special efforts as Team leader , discipline and professional conduct, team delivery etc.
Some of the impeccable performances were really appreciated and success was celebrated all across the arena.
Post Employee Rewards and Recognition, we had array of events like Quiz with intellect queries. The Audience took active involvement in answering the quiz queries. The event passed by with great pomp and show.
The last session was on interesting team building exercise by the name “Traffic Signal”. This exercise was in sync with Power Pledge 2015.The required stationery like charts; markers were given to all people on different tables. HR representative explained the rules and regulations.
The objective of the exercise was to highlight prohibition of practices, Continue doing good practices and what new practices in the start of the year we look forward with On Demand Agility in 2015. All the Charts were displayed and we all promoted healthy discussion on it. We all are winners and Champs.
Finally, we had the vote of thanks to summon the entire session.
After a long filled day, the employees geared themselves, gathered and proceeded for Lunch !!
